The successful candidate will be responsible for the preventative and reactive maintenance tasks required in our rented Shopping Centre. The candidate will be worldly-wise to work on their own initiative and will report to the Facilities Manager of the Centre. A unconfined opportunity to progress within the centre and to work on a wide range of projects. Job Specification: • To siphon out PPM Tasks and routines in a timely and efficient manner • To siphon out small to medium size electrical repairs and installations • To siphon out routine checks on all systems including but not limited to Electrical systems, air workout system, HVAC, BMS, Sprinkler and fire watchtower systems •Worthinessto plan and siphon out works to unzip an efficient & speedy resolution to reactive maintenance issues as they upspring •Squirewith documenting maintenance tasks carried out on site •Squirewith the supervision of contractors on site to make sure works are carried out safely and in line with relevant standards • As part of the in-house maintenance team, the candidate will be required at times to squire in non-electrical duties. • Candidates will need to be flexible with their working hours as not all tasks can be carried out during centre trading hours. • Contacting suppliers to source and order materials is required • Work with the centre’s CMMS system Required Qualifications: • Qualified Electrician with minimum 3 years’ wits without apprenticeship. •Witsworking with a wide range of electrical systems •Witsworking with HVAC, BMS, Fire Alarm, Back-up Generators and Sprinkler systems preferred • Strong liaison skills • Good consumer service skills • Flexible to meet the needs of a rented Shopping Centre •Witswith Email, Word and Excel preferred. • Safe Pass, Manual Handling and MEWP licences essential Salary: • Competitive package misogynist for the successful candidate Send CV to info@jervis.ie Job Type: Full-time Deadline: 5 October 2018 Carraig Donn are currently recruiting Part-Time Sales Advisors These are seasonal roles until 31st December 2018,applicants must have spanking-new consumer service and unconfined liaison skills required, a friendly and reliable team player with worthiness to work in a fast paced and rented environment.
